Following the release of the call circular by the Ministry of Finance & Economic Affairs, you are hereby requested to submit your manpower/workforce budget proposals (i.e. Details of Establishment and Nominal Roll) for the Fiscal Year 2022. Ministries are reminded by the Personnel Management Office to take into consideration the following in drawing up their proposals:
- Due to budgetary constraints, new posts proposed must be of absolute necessity or shelved until the 2023 Budget Bilateral;
- New posts proposed must be offset by staff savings elsewhere and written justification submitted to this office. Failure to do so may result in your proposal being disapproved;
- Upgrading of post will not be approved;
- All vacant positions must be identified and explanation provided on how long such vacancies have existed.
Accordingly, Ministries, are expected to prepare their budgets using the prescribed template. The template can be accessed at www.pmo.gov.gm or upon an email request to pmo@pmo.gov.gm .
Finally, Ministries are required to submit the soft copy of their proposal in Microsoft Excel file to bahmodou1052@yahoo.com.
The deadline for submission of your proposals is Friday, July 23, 2021.
