Management Service Division

The Management Services Division (MSD) of the Personnel Management Office (PMO) has the mandate to lead and spearhead in providing organizational development and management services to the entire Civil Service. MSD is a specialist Unit which is responsible for:

  • Confirmation in appointment
  • Transfer of Service
  • Vacancy Announcement
  • Scheme of Service
  • Job Evaluation
  • Staff Inspection
  • Manpower/workforce budget for entire Civil Service
