NOTIFICATION OF OPENING OF SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS
FOR LONG-TERM TRAINING FOR 2023/2024 ACADEMIC YEAR
This is to inform you that Scholarship Applications for Master’s Degree programmes are open for the 2023/2024 academic year.
Application forms are available at this Office and can be obtained from the Human Resource Development Division from Mondays to Fridays during official working hours. The form can also be downloaded from the PMO website at: www.pmo.gov.gm
Please be informed that all completed application forms should be submitted to Heads of Departments/Institutions for possible onward transmission to this Office.
All Permanent Secretaries are hereby advised to receive all completed application forms from qualified and interested members of their staff and those of the Line Departments. Each Institutional Training Committee should review all application forms received and subsequently submit to this Office, not more than 10 completed applications, based on the priority training needs of the Ministry and its Line Departments. These applications will be subjected to further scrutiny and shortlisting by the PMO in line with the attached selection criteria for final consideration.
Also, note that any application that is not submitted in accordance with the above criteria will not be accepted.
The deadline for submission of selected completed applications from all Ministries is 31st March 2023.
You are kindly urged to bring this information to the attention of members of your staff and those of your Line Departments.
